Terms of service.

These terms apply when you use ssb.lk or place an order with Saumyasiri Bakers Private Limited. By ordering, you agree to provide accurate information and follow these terms.

Customer accounts

You may order as a guest or sign in with your own Google account. Signed-in accounts are used to protect and display order history, favourites and reviews. Please tell us promptly if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

Products and availability

Product images are illustrative. Handmade items may vary slightly in appearance, and availability can change. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to offer a replacement, revised order or refund where applicable.

Orders and pickup

Orders are for pickup from 736/738, Main Street, Kaduruwela, Polonnaruwa unless the checkout states otherwise. An order is accepted when we confirm it. Please arrive during the selected pickup time and provide the order number or other requested identification.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Sri Lankan rupees and may change before an order is submitted. You must pay using an offered method. Online payments, when available, are processed by the named payment provider under its own terms.

Custom icing cakes

A custom-cake request is not finally accepted until we confirm the design, availability, pickup time and price. Inspiration images are treated as guidance; handmade results may differ. Preparation starts only after the required confirmations have been completed.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Because many products are freshly made or personalised, a change, cancellation or refund may not be possible after preparation begins. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Food information

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, sesame and soy. Contact us before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary requirement; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with orders or use automated methods that harm the service. We may suspend access needed to protect customers, the bakery or the website.
