When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name and verified email address. We also collect the contact details, pickup details, products, custom-cake descriptions and reference images, reviews, favourites, notes and notification choices you provide. We keep essential sign-in cookies so your account stays secure.

How we use it

We use this information to create and manage your account, process pickup orders, show your current and past orders, contact you about order progress, prevent misuse and maintain our service. Only approved bakery staff can open the Order Room used to prepare and hand over orders, and staff actions are recorded for accountability. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments and service providers

If online payments are enabled, payment details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored as full card details by Saumyasiri Bakers. We may use trusted hosting, email and messaging providers only to operate the website and send requested order updates.

Storage and protection

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and keep personal information only as long as needed for orders, customer support, security and legal or accounting duties.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Transactional email confirmations are required so we can confirm and document online orders. You can sign out at any time and may choose whether to receive optional messaging updates.
